1.System Connection

Please connect with your power, TV set, and other related devices according to the picture shows below, if you need to connect with more devices, please contact with your local operator.

2.Quick Installation Guide

Step 1：Check system connection

Please make sure antenna, TV, STB connected correctly, you can take a reference on system connection picture.

Step 2 ：Switch TV into Video Status

Make sure all the port in rear panel connect properly, turn on the TV, and switch the TV into Video Status.

Step 3：Plug the power line of Android box, turn on the box.

After power line connected, press POWER button to power on the BOX, the indicator LED light in front of panel will on.

Step 4：Standby and Standby Recovery

When machines in turned on ,press standby button ,machine will in standby mode ,and Standby indicator light will on, the box will in low power consumption status .Press standby button again will end standby mode and recover to normal working mode .

Step 5：Power off

After powered off, please pull up the power line.

3.Starting up Guidance

When first booting or after upgrading the system, it will enter a simple setting up interface which guides users to some basic settings of system in order to facilitate the use of in the future. It easy to use, just follow the steps and setup your box.

4.Watch TV

At the main UI, focus on the “SAT TV” item and press 【OK】 button to enter TV play. Besides, you can enter TV play by pressing 【DTV】 button at any place.

5.Program Search

This Android TV box is based on Android 4.0 operating system of smart phone, aiming at providing full variety of Internet applications, keeping your family in heart full of enjoyment on widescreen beyond which smart phone can bring to you.

Click into program search, then the auto search interface pops up as shown in figure 5-1 below. The satellite list lies left and antenna configuration lies right.

1) Press【/】to choose satellite.

2) Press【PLAY】to jump to the satellite frequency point list.

3) According to the caption below,【RED】,【GREEN】,【YELLOW】and【BLUE】keys separately present ADD, EDIT, DELETE and SEARCH functions. When pressing 【RED】, the following figure pops up.

4) At antenna configuration interface, press【/】to choose option need to be set up; press【/】to change the parameters; press【EXIT】to turn back.

5) According to the caption below, at the selected frequency point, pressing【BLUE】key means searching the programs at the point, while at selected satellite, pressing【BLUE】key means searching programs at all the satellite frequency points. A hint window will appear to guide the types to be searched, including TV, Radio, free channel and whole channel.

6) Press【OK】to enter into search progress interface shown in figure 5-2. Click the program below to enter into the televising interface

6.System Update

1. Insert the SD card or U-disk that store upgrading files.

2. Choose Setting ->system setting->system upgrading into the system upgrading interface, see as figure 6-1.

3. Click the right upgrading among all listed upgrade packages, then a confirmation dialogue pops up.

4. Click "OK" to upgrade system will reboot then into the uploading interface .

5. The machine starts to clear FLASH and showing completely loading the upgrade files.

6. System will automatically reboot and the new system start to running after the whole upgrading completes.

Note: Do not power off when in process of upgrading.

7.Recovery Mode

Keep the recovery button(at the back of the box) being pressed, then reboot the box. The Box will enter the recovery mode. In recovery mode, you can reset your box to default configuration, wipe user data or upgrade your box, see as Figure 7-1.

1) Reset to default configuration

Choose “wipe data/factory reset” to reset your box.

2) Wipe user data

Choose “wipe media partition” and “wipe cache partition” to wipe user data.

3) Upgrade

Make sure that the file name of the firmware is update.bin(which is case sensitive) and put “update.bin” in the root directory of your SD card or USB storage. Then choose “applay update from sdcard/update.bin” or “applay update from udisk/update.bin” to upgrade your box.

Note: Plug in the SD card or USB storage before power on.
