Foundry grade bentonite
We produce series of products of foundry grade bentonite which meets minitry of machine building department standard JB2738-80.81,the products are divide into two types and four kinds:
PNa type is composed of natural sodium base or artifical sodium base bentonite.
It is of higher reusability and anti high-temperature characteristics and it is welcome in foundry industry.It is also good in plasticity, anti sand inclusion, scab, sand hole, mould etc
Because of high compactibility, high cavity strength, lower rate of molding
It is preferred moulding sand binder in precision casting. it is wildly used because of its utility,collapsibility,cleaning
Character of commodity
The product is second-rate white powder, it is of good in caking property,hydrophilia,expansibility, fire resistance,plasticity,unctuosity and base exchange etc.
The series of products are divided into two kinds for sodium type and Calcium type Respectively according to wet streng. It is for users’ selection
