Reinforcing mesh machine
this machine adopts synchronous control technique, both welding time and cent-control welding is supervised by PLC（industrial computer and chassis ）. It adopts modularization design, so it is easy to improve the machine's function and feature . The line wire is fed automatically and continuously, so it saves much welding time to wait. Feeding position is accurate; the edges are regular and also could be adjustable. there is a big hopper for cross wires it could contain one ton wires, in this case, it saves much labor to add wires, wire falling is also very precise, it adopts servo motor to pull the mesh repeatly , the mesh size are accurate and also could be adjustable.
The welding power is FM and timing motor. Compared with aboard machine whose power is air pressured, this machine has such advantages: firm welding, little noise, high speed, smaller investment, lower maintenance.
