Brief introduction of xbm shaking table.

Mineral processing shaking tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of gold ore and other granular materials.

There are many applications where the Mineral processing shaking table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and efficient performance. They are

effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals.

Working Principles of Shaking Table:
The table dressing process carries on the complex inclined bed surface, and the ore grains are sent in ore trough from the bed surface. it supplies crosswise washing for the water trough, thus the ore grains laminate surface and according to the proportion and granularity, make the longitudinal motion and transversal motion along the bed surface.

In the function of the gravity, the crosswise running water momentum, and the inertia and friction force from the reciprocating motion asymmetry of bed surface. Therefore, the ore grains of different proportion and granularity fan-shaped flows off along respective movement direction. Separately discharged from the ore concentrate end and the debris side different area, finally divided into the ore concentrate, the middling and the debris.
