Cold/hot Packs
USAGE:
Cold compress: put the cold/hot pack into freezer to be refrigerated for half an hour before
taking out for use.
Hot compress: put the cold/hot pack into microwave oven to be warmed for 60 seconds for each time, and for 20 seconds when be used continuously.Or put it to warm water to make it hot.
PURPOSE:
