Overview

Glucoamylase called glucose amylase, aspergillus niger and variation strain by submerged culture, preparation and purification. The enzyme from the starch chain non reducing end cut a 1,4 bond, also can alleviate incision a 1,6 bond is converted to glucose. Applied to alcohol, monosodium glutamate, starch sugar, citric acid, antibiotics, beer and liquor industry, and other brewing industry.

Usage and dosage

Alcohol industry: Raw materials to 60 degrees Celsius after cooking and cooling, adjusting pH to 4.0-4.5, adding saccharifying enzyme, reference amount per gram of raw 80-200 unit, heat 30-60 minutes, after cooling into the fermentation. 

Starch sugar industry: Raw materials after liquefaction, adjusted to pH 4.0-4.5, cooled to 60 degrees Celsius, adding saccharifying enzyme, reference amount per gram of raw 100-300 unit, insulation saccharification. 

Beer industry: In the production of "dry beer", in the saccharification and fermentation before joining the saccharifying enzyme, improve the fermentation degree. 

Brewing industry: In the liquor and other liquor production, with saccharifying enzyme instead of distiller's yeast, can improve the liquor, and can be used in vinegar industry. 

Other industries: In the monosodium glutamate, antibiotics, citric acid and other industrial applications, starch liquefaction cooling to 60 degrees Celsius, adjusted to pH 4.0-4.5, adding saccharifying enzyme, with reference to the amount of 100-300 units / g of raw materials.
