Overview

This product is made from Bacillus licheniformis by solid enzyme preparation fermentation refined. The protein hydrolyzed into amino acid free product, it is a kind of enzyme catalysis in alkaline protease hydrolysis. Applicable to animal and plant protein hydrolysis in alkaline medium, this product can be protein hydrolyzed into free amino acids and other products. Widely used in enzyme detergent, leather unhairing, silk degumming, feed and other industries.

pH scope: 9.0-10.0

Scope of application: Temperature of 40-60 degrees Celsius optimum temperature is 50 degrees Celsius

The application process (adjusted according to test)

1 For the dry sodium sulfate and chondroitin sulfate: According to the solution conditions used raw material quality and the actual production conditions appropriate adjustments to the amount of enzyme and. 

2 For the silk degumming: Pretreatment - dehydration - acidation - (protease 18-24U/ml, soap 0.75%, 48-50 degrees Celsius, 30-60 minutes, pH, 7-8) - dehydration - washing dehydration - drying - fluff. 

3 For leather depilation: Raw material - water scrubbing - degreasing alkali swelling - epilation - splitting - and alkali enzyme unhairing - water scrubbing - acidation - tanning.

2 Storage: Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, no pollution, avoid high temperature storage. 

3 Shelf life: Solid products shelf life at room temperature for 3 months.
