Features:

(1)This machine adopts C-type non-bending stress and rigid construction design. It also adopts air source direct drive; dispense with any external power, minimum energy consumption and noise.

(2)It adopts the design of two straight knives cutting off simultaneously, and fixed PC board, smallest burrs, and without the occurrence of split of edges.

(3)The height of the upper and nether knife is adjustable. In accordance with the thickness of the PC board, the gap between the two knives can be adjusted by the upside knob, which makes a perfect gap for cutting.

(4)Percent of contact area between the two knives is adjusted by the screws of nether knife. Dispense with any shim, which greatly decreases the difficulty of replacing and adjusting the knife

(5)By using this machine, there is no vibration, only with minimum stress. It can safely cut the high sensitive SMD parts and ultrathin PCB board.

(6)For brittle paper based PCB board (FR series, XXPC series), the cutting effect is perfect.
