Floating texture agent KC4030 is an improved product by our company, it can be applied to all kinds of PC system to produce the wrinkle pattern, tangerine skin pattern and hammer pattern, please use the inner extrude technique to produce the wrinkling agent, don't need to use latter mixing method or other complicated technique. (Note: KC4030 should be used by final mix method.)

1. Application:

 The recommended dosage is about 0.2-0.7% of total weight ,but the exact dosage require to be confirmed after testing.

Applying this products,it’s not necessary to add levelling agent,Gloss enhancing agent,so as  to reduce the production cost,compare with other similar products,it has no affect to obtain the required pattern with adding leveling agent,Benzoin and gloss enhancing agent,but other similar product can not obtain the pattern after adding leveling agent.

It can make the pattern effect with a good third dimension

Applying this products,through adjusting the types and dosages of filler,and adjust the pattern effect according to KC1240 dosage.

This produce can be premixed with other materials,then extrude,Recommended extrude temperature is 90~105℃, don’t exceed 115℃.

This product can be totally solidified in the conditions of 180℃/10～15min,which is quicker than general coating, thus it can save energy. the recommended dosage is about 0.2-0.7% of total weight ,but the exact dosage require to be confirmed after testing. 

1. Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products,keep away  from heat and fire,sealed storage after each use.
