Note: The basic material are PP and Fabrics, bonding process:160℃，15S，0.6MPa,peel test speed:100mm/min;
Bonding Process:
Firstly,at 120 to 150℃ preheating 3 to 5 seconds and pressure is 0.2-0.6KG/cm²,then the film will bond on one side of basic material;
Secondly,peel the release paper, put the two kind materials on plate backing machine at 140 to 180℃ and pressure is 0.2-0.6MPa spend 5 to 10 seconds, the materials will be stick well,but please note that the basic materials thickness and operate temperature depend on pressure and time,by the way, operate temperature (advice temperature is 150℃)and pressure to ensure the film can full soak the basic materials and without excess glue is better.
Deal with Stickiness
At 100 to 120℃, the glue of materials will soften, and you are able to peel them, then deal with residue glue by acetone,ethyl acetate or others solvent to soaking 1 to 2 minutes.
