There are wide rang of emulsifiers which are mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids.Nowadays,mono-and diglycerides which as the most important group of emulsifiers are used in different food products.They have wide application areas within food industry.The HLB value of mono-and diglycerides is low therefore they can dissolve in oil and stabilized in water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions.There are various products in our company which are in the mono-and diglycerides group.We have the mono-and diglycerides emulsifier which called as GMS40 contains at least 40% monoglyceride.And we have the distilled monoglyceride emulsifier which called as GMS90 contains at least 90% monoglyceride.Moreover,we developed other emulsifier products such as GML and GMC to satisfy the different requirements of customers.
