We are a leading manufacturer company specializing in Colon Protection Barriers and Wheel Stoppers which are considered to be indispensable elements of parking lots.
Like all the other manufacturers or blacksmiths, we have started manufacturing wheel stoppers by bending tubes or welding elbows.
However, in a very short period of time, we have spotted this system???s deficiencies (detailed below) and started seeking a new system.

1. Welding work should be done by a very experienced and neat personnel.
2. Lengthy welding process has very high costs.
3. A metal product???s corrosion starts always at the welding spot.
4. The middle part of wheel stoppers always sink, no matter what the thickness of the tube is.
5. If the mounting ground of wheel stoppers is not flat, the welded device will reel; and during the assemblage the stopper will either pull the screw anchor up from the ground, or the steel screw anchor will be abraded.

We have developed a system that defeats all those shortcomings we have listed above:
FIBER REINFORCED POLYCARBONATE BRACKETS

By this way:
1. There will no longer be any welding procedure, the discommodity of having to find experienced staff is eliminated.
2. There will no longer be any welding procedure, mass production is enabled.
3. There is no welding involved, there are no factors to speed up the corrosion.
4. The polycarbonate bracket can be installed over the mid section of the tube, the resistance of the middle section is enhanced and the deflection is prevented.
5. In case the floor is not flat, the polycarbonate bracket will still adapt itself to the shape of the floor during the installation.

In addition to eliminating all those shortcomings, this device also comes with many advantages:
1. The Wheel Stopper may contain two colors.
2. By placing one or more brackets, the barriers can be produced in one-piece in any desired length.
3. By packaging each piece separately, any possible damage is prevented during the shipment, and the shipping expenses are lowered by a half.
4. They are easy to dismantle when they need to be re-painted years later, and the cost of painting is to be significantly low.
5. When ordered in large amounts, they will be ready for dispatch the same day of the order, or the delivery period will be shortened.
6. There will less likely to be any competition, as this is a patented product.
7. We are able to produce Wheel Stoppers of your desired dimensions using 60 and 70 mm tubes with two different size of brackets.


You may expect that a product which has that many advantages, would also have high costs. However, because we can expand the expenditures of R&D and the amortization of casting to many years, we are able to maintain our prices even lower then the ironsmiths??? standards.
