Artificial sand production process: 
Stone was put into jaw crusher evenly for primary crushing by vibrating feeder.And then crushed stone was carried into secondary impact crusher for crushing again.Then material was sent to vibrating screen for separation by belt conveyor.Granular materials which meet standards would enter sand making machine,other materials were sent into secondary jaw crusher for crushing again.Materials out of sand making machie is fed to vibrating screen for separation again.Separated materials which meet standards were made of final product, and then they are put into sand washing machine for cleaning by belt conveyor.Particle size which does not meet standards will enter sand making machine again.According to requirments of capacity and productivity of customer,our company can produce different Artificial Sand Production Line in India.
