SUMMARY
ENOLZYME Fungal Amylase is produced by submerged fermentation. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of alpha – 1, 4 – glycosidic linkages of starch polysaccharides to yield dextrins, oligosaccharides, maltose and D – glucose. ENOLZYME Fungal Amylase is widely used in brewery and manufacture of alcohol, food processing, feed additives, leather processing, etc.

One Fungal Amylase unit is defined as the amount of enzyme which liquefies 1g of soluble starch per hour, at 40°C and pH 5.0 under the condition of test.

Hydrolyze starch containing in feed to generate dextrin and sugar, increase the utilization of feedstuff
Reduce the high viscosity of the starch slurry, facilitate the contact between digestive enzymes and chyme so as to improve nutrition absorption and utilization
Improve the utilization of energy, lower feed conversion ratio and improve animal production performance
