Product Description:
l open arc flux cored wire for hardfacing distribution chute.
l Hardness can reach over 62HRC as welded over 3 layers.
l The deposited metal is high chromium alloy with excellent abrasion wear resistance. Mo,W, V and other elements with high temperature resistance.
l The fine cracks is normal by stress releasing, which won’t influence the usage of the components under low impact working conditions.
Application:
Suitable for components that withstand heavy abrasion wear at high temperature, such as, sinter crusher, sinter bars, distribution chute etc.
