Double-flange force-transferring metal expansion:

It is widely used in water supply and drainage, recycled water, air conditioning and heating,  ship, water pump, and compressor, Etc.

They are low cost vibration and deflection absorption in fluid conveyance pipes. The bellow consists of two symmetrical connecting end, either threaded unions for small nominal bores or flanged ends for large nominal bore pipelines.

Features:

Steel expansion joint is made up of cover, sleeve, limited short pipe and trapezoid sealing ring. It is used for water supply and drainage engineering, urban tap tap, pump room water meter and valve, and make them more convenient when installation and conversion, as well as play a good filling effect on the scaling problem of the long pipeline caused by temperature difference.

Installation note:

1. The expansion joint installation length should be between the maximum and minimum length, and can be adjusted according to actual situation.

2. When installation, should loosen the pressure plate bolt, adjust good to install length, then tighten bolt diagonally, do not partial pressure, seepage effect.

3. The expansion pipe should be installed after the check valve.

4. If the metal type expansion joint is used aerially, corresponding fixed bracket should be installed on both ends of the joint, it itself is not under axial tension, so protection pulled off equipment is necessary.
