2. Frame: Solid wood and plywood, no HDF or MDF used to avoid moisture, make the door durable.

3. Surface: 6 layers of painting, fininshing surface no need any other treatment.

4. Accessories: lock and hinge

Wood species: Sapelli, oak, walnut, teak, mahogany, cherry etc.

Door structure

Rails, stiles: Finger joint hardwood

Core: fir wood, tubular chipboard origin by China or Germany sauerland, wood strip, etc.

Door skin: MDF, HDF, or plywood with natural veneer, engineered veneer etc.

Frame: solid wood as core, covering plywood / MDF + 0.5mm veneer, solid wood architrave or casing, sound proof rubber seal

Design and color

Various designs, customized design available.

Color: according to our color charts or customized color

Finish options

PU painting( environmental lacquer)

Raw surface( you can treat it as you like after receiving the door)

Lock, hinge, door viewer, closer, door chain etc.

EPE film and corner protectors, then in strong carton, the door leaf in one carton, and the whole set of door frame in one carton, 2 cartons for 1 set of door with frame.

Q.C.

We have our own Q.C. team, control the quality from the raw material, during the process of production, to the product putting in carton. Also welcome customer's inspection by their own or the third party.
