a).Products application
Aerial bundle cables of rated voltages 0.6/1KV.This product is applicable to the aerial power
distribution lines of rated voltage 0.6/1KV and below as the fixed laying lines or service wire.
Stranded aluminum conductor steel-reinforced cores aerial insulated cables of rated voltages 0.6/1kV,This product is applicable to
the aerial power distribution lines of A.C. voltage 0.6/1kV.
b). Operating characteristics
1. Max. permissible continuous temperature:
PVC,PE insulated aerial cables:70°C
XLPE insulated aerial cables:90°C
HDPE insulated aerial cables: 75°C
2. Max. short - circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed:
PVC insulated aerial cables: 160°C;
PE insulated aerial cables: 130°C;
XLPE insulated aerial cables: 250°C.
HDPE insulated aerial cables: 150°C
3. Installation ambient temperature
The installation ambient temperature should not below -20°C.
The permissible bending radius of cable (wire):
The cable of which the rated voltage is 0.6/1kV:
If the external diameter of cable (D) is less than 25mm, it must be more than four times of D
If the external diameter of cable is 25mm and above, it must be more than six times of D.
Notes: D— practical external diameter of the cable (mm);
d— practical external diameter of the cable conductor (mm).
4. System rated voltage
When the cables use in alternating current system with rated voltage 0.6/1.0kV,
rated voltage of cables should be
at least equal the rated voltage of the system; When the cables use in direct current
system,rated voltage should be not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of
the cables. The system working voltage should be not greater than 1.1 of system
rated voltage.
