Advanced Automatic Control Function
The boiler operating system is automatic controlled, and all the operating state could be seen on the LCD screen. You could observe the working state of the burner on the display screen, boiler water level state, current temperature, feeding pump operating state as well as fault and alarm state etc, making you know the operating condition of the boiler at any time, and use at ease. The most simplified one key control, with one touch to enter the automatic operating state, all safety protection devices start to work without any special personnel to be on duty, making operators more relieved and free from worry.

Safe and scientific structural design
It is equipped with multiple interlock protection devices such as safety valve, pressure controller, water level controlling protector, etc., ensuring absolute safety and reliability. The boiler design and manufacture should follow the Technical Supervision Regulation for Safety of Steam Boilers.
2.
The heating surface material, covered electrode and welding wire of the boiler should all have quality certificates.
3.
The boiler should be manufactured according to JB/T1618 Technical Conditions for Manufacturing of Pressure Parts of Shell Boilers.
4.
The boiler should be welded according to JB/T1613 Technical Conditions for Welding of Boiler Pressure Parts.
5.
The boiler pressure parts should be welded by the welder who has passed the examination about Examination and Administrative Rules for Welders Specializing in Boilers and Pressure Vessels and Pressure Pipes.
6.
Boiler non-destructive inspection and testing should follow JB/T4730 Pressure Equipment Non-destructive Testing and Article 82 of Technical Supervision Regulation for Safety of Steam Boilers, 100% inspection should be carried out for the welded joint, and the boiler with quality not lower than II is qualified.
7.
After the boiler manufacturing is completed, it should be tested according to JB/T1612 Technical Condition for Testing of Boiler Water Pressure, and the test pressure is 1.2MPa.
8.
Painting, packaging and transportation of the boilers should be subject to relevant regulations of JB/T1615-91.
