Our functional diesel oil pour point depressant (low temperature flow improver) related to a novel ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer with a low molecular weight is researched and developed by our company, which can greatly reduce the freezing point and cold filter pl ing point of the diesel oil. Used by large and medium petroleum and petrochemical refining enterprises, it is considered that the performances of the functional diesel oil pour point depressant is equivalent with that of the like products abroad; moreover, the cold filter pl ing point index of the functional diesel oil pour point depressant is better than that of the like advanced products abroad. The modulated diesel oil can reach the standards of GB252-2002 Light Diesel Oil and GB17951-2009 Vehicle Diesel Oil.

Application

☆  There will be obvious effect when 10ppm of our functional diesel oil pour point depressant is added in the diesel oil; 0# diesel oil can be modulated into -10# diesel oil when 0.8-1‰ of Our functional diesel oil pour point depressant is added; and 0# diesel oil can be modulated into -20 diesel oil when 1.5‰ of our functional diesel oil pour point depressant is added. 

☆  Before used in the device, the optimal and most economic volume of addition shall be determined through the matching test in a laboratory.

☆  Before adding our functional diesel oil pour point depressant into the device, the optimal method is to modulate the functional diesel oil pour point depressant with a certain amount of diesel oil into mother liquor according to a proportion of 1:10, and then the mother liquor is modulated with the diesel oil in the device so as to guarantee uniform mixing and improve the effect after adding.
