Brewing equipment:

     Suitable for pottery, porcelain or glass of Teapots.

Brewing method:    

     Tea: 5 grams

     Water: 150cc

     Temperature: 90 ~ 95 degree Celsius

     Time: 40 ~ 50sec ; each time increase about 15 to 20 seconds

     Frequency: 6 ~ 8

Introduction of Tealeaf:

     Lishan Mountain high elevation oolong tea, production in Lishan tea area of Hehuan Mountains,

      as the high altitude cold tea region, from Elevation 1600M ~ 2350M.

     As an area of producing Lishan tea, it is located in a low temperature area of the high mountain.

     It stays in a low temperature environment year round

     , the temperature is around 24 degrees Celsius during the Summer time,

      and the temperature is around 12 degrees Celsius during the Winter time.

     Misty the whole year, frost and snowing frequent in the Winter.

     Therefore, tea trees grow very slowly, Tea farmers can only harvest three times a year,

     so the harvest of Tea leaf can not be as fruitful as low elevation areas.

     This environment makes the tea leaves grow plump and thick.

     Therefore, it will make the tea taste deliciously and sweet, fresh fragrant scents will stay in your mouth.
