Bonnet and body adopt stud connection. Seals are sealing ring on the bonnet and sealing inwall of the body and with good sealing reliability. It reduces the corrosion on bolt and hole, by narrowing the gap between bonnet and body (ideal gap is 0).
The stem and seat are made of hard alloy which give good wear and corrosion resistance. The stem is made of sulfur proof steel. The hardness of other parts is limited. So the valve is available in H2S condition.

The designing and manufacturing conform to the requests of API 6A the Conforming for Wellhead and Christmas tree. It can match and replace with the facilities conforming API SPEC 6A.
It is a check valve which seal the stem and body by pressure. The larger the pressure is, the better the sealing is. The inwall can bear the pipe’s pressure at any time.
The body is forged from alloy steel which can bear high pressure and provide high reliability.
