This Reinforced concrete technology is the most popular method to make R/C pipes.  This machine deplies the Vibrator installing on the core rod, to produce the high frequency exciting vibration force to form the concrete pipes. 
it can make both reinforced and un-reinforced concrete pipes, besides, by changing the mould, it also make the box culverts, and other special culverts. 

It is with the follow advantage:
1) the mould is down to the land, it is enclosed under the land. so it is very safe, and easy to maintain.
2) With Dry and hard concrete, no waste wet cement material... 
3) this machine can demould instantly, the finished pipes can be curing by natural without steam boiler. Then save a lot energy and good to environment.
