TROTOP mining rubber liner is made of reinforced steel plate and high wear-resistant polyurethane or rubber composite. The polyurethane and rubber elastomer has high abrasion resistance ability and excellent energy absorption capacity , which can reduce the risk of breaking. Polyurethane or rubber can also reduce noise and vibration to create a better working environment. In addition, the wear-resistant liner has a good abrasion resistance of fines and medium-grained particles.

There is a high adhesive strength between the wear-resistant materials and steel skeleton; the skeleton lies in the middle of the liner, and the polyurethane or rubber itself is an elastomer, which produces a good buffer and a protective effect on the machine body under the liner.
3. Light weight, quick and easy handling, repair and replacement . The density of polyurethane or rubber is only 1.2x103kg/m3, so the liner is nearly six times lighter than the alloy one, thus making the assembly and disassembly during maintenance more convenient and humane, and labor-saving.
