Product Introduction

    Our M71 horizontal axis rectangular plane grinding machine has theadvantage of advanced design, superior performance, high precision,good intensity, easy maintenance and long performance life. Based ontraditional grinding machine, we made lots of technical improvement:
1. grinding headTraditional plain grinding is made of bushingstructure. The interval between bushing and principal axes are 0.03 -0.05mm. Each per shift shall add blending oil and the bushing is verypossible to be burnt. Our designed principal axes uses high precisionrolling bearing with zero clearance from principal axes, which enhanceprecision and ensure easy maintenance.
2. Thicken the diameter of stress point in the principal axes for better rigidity.
3. Specification of grinding wheel: M7130 Φ350×40×Φ127,M7140M7160 Φ400×40×Φ127. M7161 M7180 Φ500×63×Φ203
4. lead screw is modified to ball screw from conventional loop typeteeth and rolling combination and not hardened lead screw. It extendsthe service life and enhances working accuracy.
5. Number of retarder worm is readjusted for solving the problem of wheel head set downflow.
6. Dual packer iron replaces single packer iron for the specificationabove M7140, so the spark back of grinding head can be significantlychanged.
7. Workbench is used bilateral pole oil cylinder for the specification above M7140, which help to get stable.
8. The upright post is moved to left instead of right to make surethere is a resultant force between grinding head and upright post. Thewidened guide pass will ensure the steady stress.
9. Fast fluctuation is installed in the machine for more convenient operation.
10. There points of lubricating oil at middle, left and right side will supply better lubricating.
11. Automotive oil servicing will be provided at upright post and transmissive lead screw.
12. the scale of advance of tool hand wheel is 0.005mm.
13. Plastic coating polytetrafluoroethyleneis used on working benchrack for the specification above M7150,thereby the resistance isreduced and service life will be increased.
14. M7150 and M7160 grinder has been heightened. grindable productheight is 690mmnot include cupules, new grinding wheel).Other grindingmachine with different specification can be heightened according tocustomers' requirement.
15. The vertical grinding head can be mounted on the machine with thespecification above M7140; all kinds of guide pass and end face can beprocessed.
16. Wheel corrector can be installed on grinding wheel hood for large and peculiar parts.
17. basic characteristic of M7161 and M7180 plain grinding
(1) Split flow pump output is used on hydraulic system. The manifoldcomposed by start-stop valve, direction valve, electric controlthrottle and reducer is controlled by electromagnetic valve.
(2) Light and electric switch is used for workbench commutation to ensure noise free.
(3) Ball screw is used for fore and back feeding. Transducer controlcan meet the requirement of continuous and indirect feeding.
(4) Polytetrafluoroethylene is pasted on workbench and joint linebetween upright post and gag for reducing coefficient of damping toensure stable movement and long service life.
(5) Widebore twin oil cylinder is used for machine for better processing ability.
(6) Electron degausser is used for controlling electromagnetic chuck.
(7) Four gags are used for controlling up and down motion of carriage for better precision.
