Features

The equipment using for absorbing pastern skin is close entirely like a funnel, and the whole pastern skin is absorbed into a flotsam box;

The device using for delivering and keeping wire straight is equipped a three-emitting cylinder, and it will not affect elasticity and bring on asymmetric length of the wire;
The servo retarder takes charge eduction, making the equipment run faster and more stable;

The control system adopts Q series up to date made by Mitsubishi,and that improves response speed of the equipment effectively;

The machine can provide different level to produce, so as to reduce deb ing time;

The speed is increased from 5200pcs/H to 6500pcss/H;
