BG16 Coffee Filling Sealing machine specifications:

Feed Motor, reducer, precision splitter driver, template step in the chain conveyors ; Sealing with cleanliness and sanitation low power pneumatic power.Automatic heat seal ( heat - sealing and use of Intelligent Temperature Control thermostat system ). Temperature control 0-400 can be set.

Filling accuracy :+_0.6g.

1. this machine with functions:

Functions  process:

 → auto feed cup

 → auto feed the filter---the system can make the filter filling in the cup tight and smooth.

 → auto fill coffee powder as precise weight 3g-- 30g+_0.6g etc 

 → press the powder to ensure totally into cup/capsule

  → auto feed aluminum sheet and twice heat seal and cut the film

 → automatic output final capsule/cup

4.functions details:

1.automatic cup down--- Composition:
a large flat, four cup holes, a cylinder, four cup forks 

2.filling ----one filling system assemble:one bucket for loading product, and 16 augers  ensure accurate filling .

3.lay down the film-----especially for the foil film we fixed 2 frames to install it in order to make it keep in balance .

5.2 steps sealing .

1. output-------can be freely drop down from the frame also can be guided to the belt ,devices are deferent.

automatic output cups-----there is two options for output cups:

1)output by the fox device as follow(16holes arranged in one row):

2)output by natural  any other output ways for your choice we can do but deferent price.
