Mature, Fresh carrot are washed, peeled, trimmed, cut, blanched and dehydrated. Product is then sifted, sorted, and graded. 
Before final packing, we USD color sorter, metal detcotor and X-ray inspector for final checking. 
Hazard Analysis and critical control points are implemented in our facility.
