Buffing and polishing the end product.(like the residual glue between sideband and panel)                                               

Profile trimming:Ensure the edging surface. (Many time there must be some saw notch ,the panel not vertical enough and exist some edge breakages.)                                                                                                                    

Gluing:5.5Liters glue tank large capacity, automatic gluer (the gluing door will open when the panel reach the position limit switch)it can avoid the sawdust influence next gluing effect. And there is an double-deck table-board can decrese the effect by the hot male glud.

End trimming:Cutting the surplus edge band,advanced even for shooter&thicker edging.

Scraper:Smoothing the profile and eliminating the tooling marks,use the standard R2 scraper,ideal for scraping the profile from 0.4to 2millimeters.
