The fiber classification screen provides practical, economical and proven method to separate long and short fibers continuously. Long and short fiber can be separated to appropriate multiple grades. In a single grade application, short fractions can by-pass refiners needed only for long fiber treatment, and the two streams are recombined of improved stock.
