Silicone Primer CL-24C
Un-vulcanized Silicone rubber and fluorinated silicone rubber bonding with metal,epoxy,ceramic, steel, copper, plastic and etc.
Specification：
1.It can be glued well for most of the silicone rubber,including the material need or no need to vulcanize again.
2.One component,single coating, simple process.3. It can be worked at a severe r ed environment and resisted with water,salty,chemicals, oil, and solvent.

Storage: 8 months without open
Process:
1. Surface treatment:Degreasing the raw material with blast sanding,polishing or washed with industrial alcohol,
2. Gluing: Brush painting/coating, dipping or spray painting/coating.
3. Drying condition: Dry and room temp for 30min or baking at 80℃ for 5~15 minutes.
4. After treatment: Adhesive bonding asap after glued at the same day.
5. Vulcanizing: The adhesive can be cured accordance with itself curing condition on first step and the
Second curing temperature max. at 200°C .
Notes:
1. To be kept at cool and dry place, far away from the heat and open flame.
2. Please capped its own cover immediately after using,so that avoiding volatilization.
3. Less contact and irritate nose and throat in one ventilation and fire protection area.
4. Lightly cloudy won't affect the performance.
