1. Product introduction

1. Application

For particle size 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70%, non-sticky variety of dry powdered material screening, maximum feed particle size is generally not more than 10mm. This series of vibrating screen can be also used to liquid filtration screening operations, it is more used for sewage treatment, and can also be used for larger particles of coal class materials screening, when handling large material, the screen thickness required to thicken, Electric power demand increased, and make the facelift punching sieve as mesh.

It is widely used in plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, carbon, fertilizer and other industries.

1. Working principle

Two motors simultaneously reverse rotation to make  the exciter generated reverse excitation force, forcing the sieve led the mesh to make longitudinal movement, to make the material accept centrifugal force so that could thrown forward a range periodically, so as to complete the screening material sub-operations.

Linear vibrating screen have a dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors make synchronize and reverse rotation, the excitation force that generated by the eccentric block are offset in the direction of parallel motor axis, then stacked a resultant force in the direction of perpendicular to motor shaft, Therefore, screening machine trajectory is a straight line.

Two motor shaft relative to the screen surface has a dip, under the action of the force of material gravity and excitation force, The screen surface material being tossed leap forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purposes of screening and grading for material.

1. Model

1. Structure

The screening machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, screen, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring, frame and other components.

1) screen box: Made from a few different kinds of thickness steel plate, having a certain strength and stiffness, it is a major component of screening machine.

2) the screen frame: Made of pine or small deformed wood, mainly used to maintain the screen flat, reaching the normal screening.

3) screen: there is low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire mesh and several kinds.

4) the vibration motor (use and maintenance methods are detailed in vibration motor manual).

5) the motor pedestal: Install vibration motor, Before using, the connector screws must be tight,

especially the new screening machine is trial in three days, it must be repeated tightly to avoid loose causing the accident.

6) damping spring: prevent vibration transmitted ground, while supporting the full weight of the screen box, when installation, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.

7) Stand: made of four pillars and two channel, supporting sieve box, when installation, it must be vertical with the ground pillars, the channel in the following of the two pillars should be parallel to each other.

1. Installation and usage

The device should be fixed on a dedicated foundation by embedded bolts. If you do not play special foundations, should be on the table and laid between the equipment base vibration rubber sheet before using the device must be configured to secure the grounding line of protection .

Note: The installation place, must be transported before starting to fix the sieve and base of the device removed.

New screening machine installed, the following requirements shall be checked :

1) check the vibrating motor winding insulation resistance to earth , it must be dried before use if less than 20MΩ.

2) sieve and base unit , lower spring seat ring , the spring should be completely embedded in the vertical spring retainer to ensure balanced sieve , vibrating sieve machine and machine parts do not have any other objects outside the rigid connections or contacts .

3) after closing the power switch , making sure the vibration motor reverse rotation at the same time, idling for 10-20 minutes, if unusual sounds, must be shut down and check processing quickly. Device is working properly , you can make a small amount of material required screening enter through inlet sieve machine , make sure the material travels in the direction towards the discharge port , and then gradually increased to the desired and can withstand the feeding amount .

4) it should be make the material into the feed uniform when screening material, to ensure the material on screen surface uniform distribution. When material whereabouts, it may not have a big impact, so as to avoid damage to the screen, under special circumstances (such as the differences between the large particle size, material and other material ratio) should be added at the feed port as a buffer layer of coarse mesh.

5) the user can increase or decrease screening machine excitation force based on the sieve machine layers and different material proportion(by adjusting vibration motor the angle between the ends of eccentric to increase or decrease the exciting force) to make the screening machine achieve a best effect.

6) the device generates an instant resonance region when it is shutdown, the amplitude and noise will be significantly increased at this time, it is a normal phenomenon, before on-off time of the equipment, the screen surface may not have retained material, need to check the screen is or not tension, , damage, it must be immediately replaced if it is damaged.
