Introduction of Belt Conveyor
DT Type belt conveyor machine system is the conveying equipment that has big throughput, low operating cost, wide range of application . According to the supporting structure, there are fixed type and mobile type. According to the conveying belt, there are rubber belt, plastic belt and steel belt.
Working Principle of Belt Conveyor
Fixed belt conveyor machine system composes of conveyor belt, roller, belt tensioning device, cleaning device and so on. Belt under the drive of motor will transport all kinds of solid materials from one place to the appointed place. General belt conveyor machine system can work by angle also. It can be used to transport materials in a variety of industries.
Application of Belt Conveyor
General belt conveyor machine system is widely used in coal, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, light industry grain, port, shipping, etc. Specific gravity of bulk materials is 0.5-2.5 t/m.Also general belt conveyor machine system can operate in the working environment where the temperature is between - 10 C and 40 C in general.
Features of Belt Conveyor
The material temperature is not more than 70 C. If using heat resistant rubber belt, the material temperature can be up to 120 C. When conveying acid, alkali, oil materials or material with organic solvent. General belt conveyor machine system need to choose oil, acid and alkali resistant rubber belt or plastic belt. There are six type width of the belts:500,650,800,1000,1200,1400mm. Users can confirm the layout and belt type according to lifting height , material type, throughput and conveying distance.
