Description:
Fluidization dryer is also called as fluid-bed dryer. It consists of air filter, heater, fluid-bed main machine, feeder, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan and console. Because the property of raw materials is different, it is necessary to equip dust remover in accordance with practical needs. It can select between cyclone separator and bag filter both or one of them. In general, it needs to select cyclone separator only for raw material which is large and bag filter for the raw material which is powder or small and light granule. Meanwhile, there are pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor for selection.
There are two types of this equipment, continuous type and intermittent type. Steam, electricity or hot air furnace can be used (it can be supplied as request).

Principle:
The equipment use clean air that has been filtered, through heat exchange, make air temperature rise to a certain value into main machine, then through distributor of valve plate into fluidization, material from feeder enter into the dryer, because of wind pressure, raw material become boiling in dryer, the wide contact between hot air and raw material increase the process of hot exchange. In short time, make water vaporizing, raw material is discharged from the outlet, exhaust gas discharged from the top of the fluidization bed, and discharged from cyclone separator, bag filter after reclaiming material. The machine is working in negative pressure.

Applications:
This equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical raw material, foodstuff, grain processing, feed industry and so on. For example, raw medicine, granular tablet, Chinese traditional medicine, health foods, drinks, maize embryo, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powders. The suitable diameter of raw material is normally 0.1-0.6mm. The most applicable diameter of raw material will be 0.5-3mm.
