Self drilling screw gathers drilling, tapping and tightening at the same time. Self drilling screw’s heat treatment is higher than the self tapping screw. This is because self drilling screws need to “Drill” into harder steel plated. We make addition drilling test to make sure that the screw could drill the hole with the thread within the limitation time.
