3, Operation data: 

① Pre-treatment: remove the oil, wax, dirty things,etc.

Pringting: screen printing

Stewing: 10-20min

Hot wind recycling baker

Front:  80-85℃／10-15min

Back: 80-85℃／15-20min

Cool down before exposure

Exposure power: 400-600mj／cm2 

Develop solvant: 0.8-1.2﹪Na2CO3 ，30-32℃ ，pressure：2-2.5kg／cm2 
　　   time：80-120sec

Hot wind recycling: baker

         Non-taphole: 150℃／60-70min

         Verse1: 80-90℃／30min

         Verse2: 110-120℃／30min

         Post baking taphole: 150℃-160℃／60-70min

4, Announcement: 

Our company’s staff will go there to adjust the data according to the real situation. 

Please confirm the real baking temperature when doing pre-baking; when doing post baking, the temperature should be 150-160℃, over 60min 

If unecessary, we do not s est to go through the UV process and post baking process.

If the thickness of frame is thinner than 20mil, please reduce the time of pre-baking.

In case of the ink can not be developed completely, we s est to do the exposure and develop job 4 hours later after printing, meanwhile, pay more attention to the air conditional humidity.
