Ceramic ink-jet printing technology is a kind of brand-new ceramic decoration concept; comparing with existing decoration means, it has following advantages:

1. Energy saving and emission reduction: Comparing with traditional silk screen printing technology and roller printing technology, the products get rid of intermediate procedures needed in traditional decoration methods in mass production such as flaking, brushing stamp-pad ink with the silk screen, and engraving plates etc, which shortens the production period, greatly improves the rate of finished products, and reduces the waste of raw materials;

2. The technology can greatly improve the level of mechanization and production efficiency in the production progress; the efficiency can be improved of more than 70%;

Characteristics of the Ceramic Ink:

1. Color of the ink is deep.  Composition of the pigment is even, with high crystallinity, reasonable particle size distribution, and color of the ink is bright, with stronger chromophoric strength;

2. Quality of the ink is stable.

All pigments are produced and mixed by the Company; the color and chromophoric effect are stable, and the Company has world-classic detection equipment, including Horiba and Malvern particle size analyzer, Brookfield viscosimeter/rheometer, dynamic surface tension meter, ink droplet observation apparatus, and colorimeter etc, which can provide 24-hour dynamic control for the products, to ensure the quality and stability of production process.

3. Environmental protection and safety, no obvious pungent odor;

4. The printing performance is excellent, no guy wire, no print-head blocking, no precipitation.

5. It is better than the imported products; it can replace directly the main current inks, and needs no cleaning.

6. The chromophoric effect is 20% stronger, comprehensive cost is reduced for 40%, and the cost performance is better.
