- Main motor by using Servo motor ( YASKAWA brand ) and driven by timing belt, quite and precise
- Precise doctor blade chamber system with ceramic anilox roller, suitable for superfine printing quality
- PLC memory module type (300 sets) servo motor auto position control system for impression adjustment.
- Printing roller, in-feed and out-feed are driven by servo motor (YASKAWA brand)
- Use electronictype push-button device to adjust the regestration with forward and back adjustment
- Automatic tension control (MITUSBISHI brand)+ magnetic brack on unwind and rewind.
- Electronic type automatic edge position control (EPC) on unwind.
- Electric control by using PLC( MITUSBISHI brand ) with full color touch-screen human machine interface (HMI).
- Single-chip advanced print inspection system (SONY brand) with full color LCD monitor.
- All rotating rollers are treated with dynamic balance adjustment.
- Line speed controlled by harmony synchronoun driving system.
- Automatic changer for unwinder and rewinder.
