Brief Introduction of the Rubber Sheet Cooling Line

The rubber sheet cooling line is in the aerial construction, and characterized by simple and reasonable structure, flexible operation, the capacious space. The machine is mainly composed of two major parts, including the host machine and electronic control system. The host machine is divided into the front take-away device, cooling device, mixing the cooling device, lifting device, rubber-hanging device, automatic pick-up device, up-and-down rubber-swinging device, staircase, railing, platform and supporting frame; the whole line of the electric control system is uniformly controlled by PLC.
