High voltage cable connector product introduction

Mining explosion-proof cable connector is used in the excavation roadway of mine to link 1140 V -10kV power cable circuit and for wiring of cables with UGSP monitoring and shielding for power supply in the mobile substation. It can connect the both ends of the cable segment for the purpose of mutual cut-in ,or its half explosion-proof part can be connected to the mobile substation.

High voltage cable connector features

1．the connector is composed of two actually same parts with the public usage conducting rod and every part includes cable entrance system, wiring holder and insulator;
2． the clamp that used to prevent cable pulling –out is designed casting with bow gouge , this improve the reliability of fastening line;
3．insulator is made of by the good quality insulation material (DMC);
4． the connection between the insulator and the case adopts inner fixation to avoid the connection with outside.

High voltage cable connector maintenance

1、use and maintenance process, should prevent flame-proof collision or rust.

2.2、 if the high voltage switch load switch has broken, in the open before the high voltage switch to sign or after locking, load switch is closed for at least one minute, first (via Shanghai machine tests showed that the general can be set within a second safety voltage) make drain the residual voltage in order to ensure safety, and the necessary operation.

2.3、replace the plug must finish line after the line transmission.
