Properties and Features:

1. Low surface tension with excellent penetration and spreading property, can be absorbed by filament quickly and evenly, it is easy to control oil-pick-up
2. Excellent beam-assemble ability, making single treads bunch together very well.
3. With good smoothing ability and high tension of oil film. Can reduce the friction between fabric and touching parts and effectively prevent causing endless breakages and hair during process, good for after-processing of fabric.
4. Excellent property of anti-static, can avoid roll-winding and thread-breaking for existence of static during back-winding and weaving process.
5. With good emulsifying ability and in scouring processing, it can be easily removed, good for textile dyeing and after-treating.
6. With low volatility and good anti-corrosive property.
7. For the raw material is colorless, the conning oil and the treated thread will not yellowing for long time.
8. Excellent anti-splashing property, no splashing and causing oiled yarn during production.

Application:

Suitable for high speed process producing polyester DTY and for nylon textured yarn production in conventional DTY equipment. It also can used as filament oiling in PES Draw and texturing process from supply yarn POY or UDY, and also can be used as winding oil for nylon. Meet the requirements to nylon coning oil in after-treating in knitting, weaving and cladding for knitting and warp weaving.
