Introduction 

Buried scraper conveyor is widely applied to bulk material delivery equipments in metallurgy, 

building materials, power, chemical industry, cement, harbour, coal, mine, grain and oil, food 

and feed departments and industries.

Request to material

1. loose thickness: p=02.~2.5t/m3

2. Temperature: general type suits to the materials below 120°C; hot material deliver temperature to 100~450°C, instant material allow to 800°C.

3. rate of water content: concern with the reckon and viscosity of material.

Characteristic 

1. Simple structure, good tightness; easily installation and maintenance; Flexible layout;

2. The flight is made of UHMW plastic with low noise, good guide direction, no residue and long 

  service life;

3. It is not suitable for bulk density >1 t/m3 and corrosive materials;

4. It can be widely used for conveying raw materials, semi finished grains, feed etc
