3.Working principle :

The mixture of metal and non-metal material gained from crushing -pulverizing -classifying raw material of printed circuit boards is fed into the material hopper of air separator,then into the separation zone of the separator .Since the separator is connected with a dust removal system ,a horizonal air current is formed which moves the materials in horizonal direction .Meanwhile ,with the action of the gravity,the materials move downward .Due to the different specific gravity of materials ,non-metal materials such as fone dust and grains which bear smaller gravity are taken away by the dust removal system when the mixture passes the separating plate,leaving the metal materials with larger gravity into finished product recovery zone .Thus the separation of metal from non-metal materials is achieved.

4.Working flow:

crusher→pulverizer→ classifier →separator

Through the secondary mechanical pieces, and make PCB as a metal and nonmetal mixed powder, again by the air separation technology, or electrostatic separation technology, the metal and nonmetal powder can be completely separated and collected. Dust caused in the production process can be used carbon adsorption removal or closed ring room, dust, or simple bag dust removal, the whole process in a production line to realize,fully enclosed operation,the production of won't produce any pollution.Recovery od copper and fiber glass all can be used again.
