Major feature:

1. It is slant bed type with 45 degree, with bed base structure of lath bed and with good rigidity, aseismicity and small thermal deformation.
2. The spindle box uses imported spindle unit, the front spindle bearing adopts the combination of NN30 series of double row cylindrical roller bearing made by NSK Company and BAR series of angular contact ball bearing, back bearing is NN30 series of cylindrical roller bearing. Both use high speed and imported lubricating grease, with characteristics of good rigidity, low temperature-rising, high precision, long working time and easy maintenance.
3. The spindle driving adopts FANUC α series of motor with good output function.
4. X & Z direction axles adopt high precision THK rolling guide and ball screw imported from Japan. X axles can choose high precision grating scale of HEIDEHAIN for totally closed control. The direct connect structure of imported flexible coupling installed between X.Z direction servo motors and ball screw. The transmission chain is short and fast reaction speed and as well as high location precision.
5. Adopts horizontal type of hydraulic tool carrier with eight-station, two station of which are for installing HawkingPT cutter, with fast indexing speed, logical station-changing, big clamping strength and high reliability.
6. Adopts FANUC 0i-TD CNC system.
