1. Properties and applications:
PEAKLAND NSIC material is made of a select grade and high-purity silicon carbide powder and Si powder, formed by slip casting, reacted and sintered by vacuum induction sintering furnace. This kiln furniture has high temperature strength and low mass.
As a latest kind of structural ceramic material that has good load-bearing ability and excellent properties of thermal shock-resistant, oxidization-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Many products can be made from it such as rollers, beams, plates, sealing parts, wearing-resistant parts, jet nozzles and other shaped structural parts, these products can be widely used in ceramics, electric porcelain, metallurgy, environment-protection of fuel power plant, mechanics and automobile industries.
