Function: 
1) Wake up the Tag: only awakened Tags can communicate with the reader, 
prevent the system from the other Tag interference,

2) Read the Tag data: not only can read the Tag ID number, still can read the specified tag section of storage data; 
Not only can read a single tag data, and can also read the antenna wave range of multiple tag data.
3) Write tag data: to the specified tag storage write data.
