Introduction:

• HDPE is used in a variety of applications and industries where excellent impact resistance, high tensile strength, low moisture absorption and chemical and corrosion resistance properties are required. And PE has good insulation properties and is easy to weld. The operating temperature of HDPE is from -50°C to +90°C

 Main properties:

• Resists organic solvents, degreasing agents & electrolytic attack;
• Excellent chemical resistance;
• Good fatigue & wear resistance;
• Good electrical insulation;
• High flexibility at high or low temperature;
• The machanical strength of surface hardness, stretching intensity and rigidity is higher than LDPE;
• Good protection against stress cracking;
• Very low water absorption;
• Low steam permeability;
• Food safe.

Application:

• It is widely applied to drinking water/ sewerage pipe, hot water pipe, conveying container, pump and valve part, madical appliance, seal part, cutting plate and sliding material in chemcial industry, machinery, power plant, garment, packaging and food industries.
