Technical Index of 150 Series Vacuum Levitation Melting Equipments

         The 150 series vacuum levitation melting equipments can be used for melting 5kg titanium, whose inner diameter is 150mm and it can also be used for melting 10kg steel products. 

1,Technical features

1. "full suspend" of the whole melting process--having no non or semi molten charging adhered on the bottom and sidewall of the crucible. 

2,no contamination of the melting--the content of each impurity is lower than the primitive one of the charging;

3. Composition of the product is precise and well-distributed--the composition bias between the product and ingredient, and the different parts of the product iare less than 1%.

4. Low energy consumption--although the power of the equipped power supply is larger than the common induction melting furnace, it can finish a melting process within 5 minutes.

5. The crucible has long service life--during the past 10 years practice, the cases such as part melting of the copper crucible or micro copper dissolve in liquid charging have never happened. All of the crucibles are still in perfect condition after being used for many times.

3,Basic functions and structure

1.The main valve of the vacuum system is pneumatic and electromagnetic operating

2. Equipping with a programmable type digital compound vacuometer

3. It can inflate high-purity argon as protection. The inflating starts 0.2 seconds after the high vacuum valve's closing and finish within 30 seconds. The pressure is assignable. 

4. The feeding tank can realize batch charge

5. Equipping with a pneumatic titling casting mechanism, the mould can equip with heating and cooling accessories.

6.the casting stock can remelting under the condition of don't destruct the argon atmosphere

7. Equipping with circulating water cooling system, including the protectors of over temperature and water shortage

8. The operating system includes three modes: manual mode, automatic mode and program control mode.
