1. After-Sales Service
- All items have 12 months warranty. Defective items must be returned after confirmed. within. Please pack the products well. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
2. Delivery
- Cargo will be delivered by express company, air transportation, or by sea. Commercial invoice & packing list will be offered for your reference after cargo delivery.
- Please keep us posted if you want us to ship the goods via other express company or assigned forwarder.
- Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your cargo when it enters your country. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by Custom on the purchase.
