Install the truck restraint  or electrical retractable wheel stopper that hook the rear bumper of the truck on the external of dock- wall under the dock leveler.Meanwhile, install a red/green light(electrical bell) to advise the driver of when the truck can be started.That is, when the truck end touch the dock, push the red light button. When the loading&unloading is over and dock leveler fully  restore to its original state, push the green light button to let the driver know from the rear-view mirror that he can get away from the dock. The wordless communication can prevent the accident from happening.

Install a crank fan inside the dock to reduce the temperature inside the truck in a couple of minutes and ,meanwhile, to dispel the dirty air inside the truck.

There is usually no light inside the truck or container. The solution is to install a crank light on the inner side of the door-hole wall. Sway it to the truck side when needed and sway back to touch the wall when not needed.
